This project explores the development of a collective housing typology based around the design of super furniture characterized as a "House Guest".

This development of a "House Guest" allows a more compact way of approaching the unit interior. By its inclusion the project is able to allocate more space towards shared amenities throughout the project, producing a housing typology that thoughtfully encourages community while providing many residential units to a small plot of land.
